Dr. Mainde oversees and coordinates activities throughout the entire product development lifecycle, fostering collaboration among team members. From ideation to manufacturing, the team meticulously prepares regulatory dossiers and ensures compliance with industry standards, resulting in the successful registration of New Innovative Products (NIP). Dr. Mainde’s leadership cultivates a culture of excellence and innovation, propelling ZHTL towards achieving milestones in product development and registration, thus reinforcing its stature as a strong force in pharmaceutical innovation.

Dr. Chandrashekhar Mainde, holding an M.Pharm. and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology, boasts over 25 years of industrial experience. He leads R&D, providing guidance across technical functions and spearheading impactful business development efforts. Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Mainde has managed numerous audits and facilitated the filing of over 300 products in Turkey, 10 ANDAs in the USA, and 50 EU CTD dossiers. With over 100 Indian patents and 300 bio-equivalence studies, his contributions extend globally, including submissions of around 150 ANDAs in the USA and other regulated markets.
